Front Desk Coordinator

An onsite Front Desk Coordinator is needed for a hospitality-focused business in Hawaii. Responsibilities
  • Answer incoming phone calls and transfer them appropriately

  • Manage visitor logs, appointments, and front-desk scheduling

  • Assist with mail distribution, filing, and administrative support
