Position Overview
The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative and operational support to senior leadership. This role is responsible for managing schedules, coordinating projects, facilitating communication, and helping ensure organizational priorities are executed efficiently. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, resourceful, and capable of managing multiple priorities while maintaining a high degree of professionalism and confidentiality.
Essential Duties- Manage executive calendars, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Coordinate and prepare meeting materials, presentations, reports, and correspondence
- Support leadership with business development and project‑related initiatives
- Track project milestones, action items, and executive priorities to ensure timely completion
- Facilitate internal and external communications on behalf of leadership
- Assist with day‑to‑day administrative and operational activities
- Coordinate with team members across multiple departments to support organizational goals
- Manage competing priorities and respond to changing business needs
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Previous experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, Operations Coordinator, or in a related role preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem‑solving abilities
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications and business technology tools
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships across all levels of an organization
- Experience supporting senior executives or leadership teams
- Background in business operations, project coordination, or business development
- Experience working in multicultural or cross‑functional environments
- Additional language skills are a plus
- Competitive compensation based on experience, $60-80k annually
