Data Entry Clerk – Luli Fama, Miami

We are looking for a Data Entry Clerk to join our team in Miami. The role involves entering and analyzing customer orders, bills, payments, and maintaining documentation and the email customer database. The clerk will help support production, shipping schedules, and bookkeeping.

• Enter customer orders in the system with appropriate details.
• Enter bills and payments in the system.
• Organize and scan day‑to‑day documentation.
• Manipulate files listing programmed shipments and merchandise stock.
• Send order reports as needed.
• Manage B2B portal.
• Organize and maintain email customer database and store locator with up‑to‑date information.
• Analyze orders and advise customers of suggested or required modifications.
• Manage customer catalog.
• Arrange materials needed for special orders.
• Generate or modify order‑related forms.
• Other tasks as assigned.

• 1 year of experience in apparel and data‑related position.
• Team player with strong focus and communication skills.
• Ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
• Full‑time availability.
• Organizational skills.
• Microsoft Office savviness.
• Strong focus on detail.
