About the Position

This posting is for the State of Hawaii, Department of Health, Office of the Deputy Director. The position is located in Downtown on the Island of Oahu.
Salary $4,590- $6,535 monthly, commensurate with training and experience. Exempt, non-civil service, full-time, temporary appointment.

The primary purpose of this position is to provide comprehensive administrative and logistical support to the RHTP Oversight Team.
Core responsibilities include managing schedules and calendars, organizing meetings, preparing and maintaining documentation, tracking procurement and purchasing activities, and facilitating communication with subrecipients and stakeholders.

• Graduation from an accredited four (4) year college or university with a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• 3½ years of clerical or administrative work experience demonstrating ability to perform office support tasks independently, including typing and drafting documents, managing files, scheduling appointments or meetings, handling incoming and outgoing communications, and using office software applications.
• Ability to write clear and comprehensive reports, read and interpret complex written materials, and solve complex problems logically and systematically.
