Clerical Supervisor III – Recruitment 26-0282

Salary Range: $4,367 to $5,532 per month (SR-14, Step C to I)

Duties- Supervises one or more full or working subordinate supervisors and has overall responsibility for two or more groups of clerical subordinates performing journey level clerical work (Office Assistant III).
- Serves as the immediate supervisor of a group of subordinates performing senior level clerical work (Office Assistant IV).
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Legal Authorization to Work
U.S. citizen, national, permanent resident alien, or eligible under federal law for unrestricted employment in the United States.
General Clerical Experience
Four and a half (4.5) years of responsible work experience performing a variety of clerical tasks with knowledge of office practices and systems, office equipment, English grammar, spelling, punctuation, arithmetic, understanding of oral and written instructions, and accurate reporting.
Non‑Qualifying Experience
Experience limited to simple, repetitive clerical work such as wrapping, opening envelopes, affixing tags, tidying desks, or delivering correspondence does not qualify.
Supervisory Aptitude
Demonstrated potential for supervisory duties through prior supervisory assignments, team leadership, supervisory training, or favorable appraisals indicating supervisory potential.
