Seeking a positive, energetic, and enthusiastic receptionist to join our fast growing team. Needs to be able to work well individually and within a team, be comfortable working in a fast paced environment, and the ability to take initiative. Excellent customer service and communication are a must.

Your basic responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Open/close office and maintain lobby appearance throughout the day
  • Greeting patients and clients
  • Building strong relationships with our patients
  • Managing multiple phones lines
  • Oversee daily schedule to ensure no unnecessary openings, double bookings, or unconfirmed appointments by scheduling/rescheduling consultations and appointments
  • Confirming all upcoming appointments
  • Prepare intake forms/consents for upcoming appointments
  • Informing patients of our treatments and special promotions
  • Process payments, daily cash deposits, closing out open bills, charging any necessary fees
  • Issuing member points/rewards
  • Commission opportunity for skincare sales and re-booking efforts
Summary

As a Front Office Receptionist, you will be essential in delivering outstanding customer service and managing patient intake efficiently. Reporting to the Office Manager, your role involves utilizing your core skills in medical administrative support and front desk operations to ensure a smooth workflow. Your premium knowledge of EHR systems and HIPAA regulations will enhance patient interactions and maintain confidentiality. Additionally, your relevant expertise in Microsoft Office and multi-line phone systems will support effective communication and office management.

Qualifications
  • Proven experience in medical administrative support and front desk operations
  • Strong customer service skills with a focus on patient intake
  • Proficiency in using EHR systems such as Nextech
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and HIPAA regulations
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace/Suite and multi-line phone systems
  • Ability to manage medical records and perform clerical tasks efficiently

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
