Senior Administrative Assistant

Robert Half is currently recruiting for a Senior Administrative Assistant to support a leading construction and engineering firm in Honolulu. This position is ideal for an experienced administrative professional who excels in handling multiple projects, coordinating office operations, and supporting managers and project teams in a fast-paced environment. Preference will be given to Hawaii residents due to the nature of the work and onsite interviewing requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced administrative support to management and project teams
• Manage calendars, meetings, and conference room scheduling
• Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence
• Maintain project files, records, and documentation
• Coordinate travel arrangements and expense reporting
• Answer and direct incoming calls and emails
• Assist with project tracking, data entry, and document control
• Order and maintain office supplies and equipment
• Support special administrative projects as assigned
