Full job description: PBF Energy Inc. (NYSE:PBF) is one of the largest independent refiners in North America, operating, through its subsidiaries, oil refineries and related facilities. We have an opportunity at our Martinez Refinery in California and are seeking a talented TRACK Administrator to join our team as a pivotal member that would play a key role here at PBF Energy.
The TRACK Administrator reports to the site Controller and is part of the Finance Team. This successful candidate assists with the effective operation of the TRACK system based on processes/procedures and supports and assists other departments and timekeepers using the TRACK system on a daily basis.
- Overall responsibility in management of the TRACK System by creating new user profiles in the TRACK System and maintaining security, monitoring badges are appropriately set up and activated, assigning agreed upon schedules and pay formulas to each contract employee and verifying accurate pay rate.
- Reviewing timesheets and work schedules and entering time worked for each contractor.
- Processing overrides for time calculations and/or correcting activity and schedule exceptions.
- Generating contractor workforce schedules, including shifts and days onsite.
- Extracting and loading allocated costs from TRACK System to SAP.
- Resolving discrepancies with invoices based on set procedures and in a timely manner.
- Allocating billable hours for each contractor to one or more charge-to codes based on corporate and plant standards.
- Downloading information from SAP when allocations are completed and approved on contractors.
- Participating in system upgrades.
- Assisting supplier timekeepers and other departments in TRACK job functions.
- Assisting in generating the following reports: contractor man-hour and reconciliation reports for contractor acceptance and invoice support, workforce and exception reports for management.

Minimum Qualifications- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 2 years of experience in TRACK.
- 5 years of experience in TRACK, timekeeping or Accounts Payable.
- Experience in Microsoft Office database and spreadsheet applications.

The salary range for this position is $84,617.04 - $. The compensation range listed in this posting is in compliance with applicable state law. Factors such as scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate’s work experience, education/training, job-related skills and internal peer equity will be considered in determining the selected candidate’s compensation. In addition to salary, PBF offers a comprehensive and generous benefits package.
