Job Description
First Hawaiian Bank is seeking a Support Payables and Admin Specialist to join our Trust Real Estate team. This role is responsible for processing of real estate related expenses needed to maintain Trust Real Estate properties managed by FHB Real Estate Officers (REOs). The role will also provide general administrative support to REOs.
HoursMonday-Friday 8am-5pm
CompensationThe salary range for this role is $19.25-$21.75/hour; commensurate with experience
ResponsibilitiesThis role is responsible for processing of real estate related expenses needed to maintain Trust Real Estate properties managed by FHB Real Estate Officers (REOs). The role will also provide general administrative support to REOs.
QualificationsThe Ideal Candidate will have:
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Software.
- Associate’s degree in accounting or business, information management, or liberal arts, or equivalent experience.
- Basic accounting knowledge or experience is desirable.
- Two to three years’ experience in the business field, such as accounts payables, accounting, real estate or other related work.
- Good knowledge of and experience with trust real estate management system (PDS).
