This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys working with people, staying organized, and helping create a positive environment for both students, clients and staff. You’ll help keep the school running smoothly, support our team, connect with prospective students, and play an important part in creating a welcoming experience for everyone who walks through our doors.
If you’re responsible, reliable, punctual, and enjoy being part of a team, we’d love to hear from you! A background in management or school administration is helpful, but it’s not required.
What You’ll Do- Help manage the school’s day-to-day office operations, including scheduling, record-keeping, and administrative tasks.
- Keep track of student arrivals, departures, attendance, and other daily records.
- Help coordinate student orientations, workshops, events, and promotional activities.
- Give tours of the school to prospective students and provide friendly, helpful consultations.
- Maintain accurate and confidential student records and documents.
- Use Microsoft Word, Excel, and spreadsheets for bookkeeping, reports, and general office organization.
- Answer incoming phone calls and provide information about our classes and programs.
- Schedule appointments for our student salon and assist clients with their questions.
- Support the team with day-to-day management and help create a positive, professional, and welcoming school environment.
- Organize and create student kits for them to use in class
- Organize inventory and school supplies
- Someone who is responsible, reliable, punctual, and organized.
- Strong communication and people skills.
- The ability to multitask, stay organized, and manage changing priorities.
- Comfortable working at a front desk, answering phones, and interacting with students, clients, and staff.
- Previous supervisory, office, or educational experience is a plus.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel.
- An understanding of confidentiality and the importance of handling student and employee information professionally.
- Knowledge of hiring or basic HR procedures is a plus, but not required.
- Most importantly, we’re looking for someone with a positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a genuine interest in helping others succeed.

Pay:
From $18.00 per hour
