The organization delivers efficient diagnosis, repair, and preventive maintenance services, partnering with store management and desk teams to educate customers on vehicle issues and solutions.

• Ensure a thorough safety and mechanical vehicle inspection is completed and documented for every car assigned to you.
• Communicate necessary repairs to customers and management, recommending additional services related to scheduled maintenance, enhancements, and upgrades.
• Conduct a wide variety of diagnoses and repairs, including brakes, tire services (mounting, balancing, flat repairs), safety and emissions testing, fluid changes, steering and suspension, and starting and charging systems.
• Secure vehicles during and after repairs.
• Maintain technical capabilities to ensure proficient, safe use of service equipment and interpret technical instructions.
• Maintain company-directed productivity, training development plans, and performance levels.
• Serve as an approachable and knowledgeable resource for installation and application of parts and accessories, providing accurate guidance to service advisors, technicians, associate teams, management, and customers.
• Partner with management to produce a safe and healthy work environment that complies with all local, state, and federal laws, company policies, loss prevention, safety, and environmental codes.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
