Overview:
Are you looking to have a successful automotive career? Local Large and Growing Auto Repair Group is looking for a District Manager to join our team. We are a growing company and if you come ready to give it your all, your hard work will pay off.

Phoenix Metropolitan Area – field position, traveling between approximately 8‑10 locations.

$125,000 – $200,000 per year, including bonus depending on industry experience.

• Reaching financial objectives
• Assigning workloads
• Adhering to company policies and local, state and federal laws
• Training team members
• Addressing performance issues that affect profits in order of priority
• Coaching other managers
• Resolving customer concerns using excellent customer service skills
• Developing business strategies for revenue growth
• Inventory control

• At least 2 years of experience in multi‑unit district management, auto repair shop management, or equivalent business experience in the automotive industry.
• Previous experience in managing and coaching team members to success through effective communication, business development and strategy implementation.
• Problem‑solving using analytical, creative, and critical‑thinking skills.
• Proven ability to develop and meet monthly, quarterly, and annual plans with clearly defined goals.
• Proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales and profit goals.
• Flexibility to adapt to changes in business operations.
• Previous experience as an Automotive Technician or similar position preferred but not required.
• Ability to work a minimum of five days, Monday‑Friday (possible weekends).

• Schedule:
  
  10 hour shift, Monday to Friday, weekends as needed
• Ability to commute/relocate:
  Phoenix, AZ – must reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (Required)
