** Dealership Warranty Admin Clerk

** Here’s what you’ll be doing**:
* Process warranty claims
* Verify criteria required by factory or distributor
* Post credits on computer
* Track parts by tagging
* Arrange for parts to be shipped to the factory or distributor, or to be scrapped
* Follow up with the factory and distributors regarding unpaid claims
* Other duties as assigned  
** Here’s what you’ll need**:
* 2 years of experience as warranty clerk or similar experience preferred
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Strong trouble-shooting skills and demonstrated trustworthiness
* Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
* Advanced computer skills
