What You’ll Do

As the Business Development Representative you will be responsible for driving outbound prospecting efforts to generate interest, build awareness, and schedule qualified meetings for the sales team. This role plays a key part in expanding Pro Service Hawaii’s presence in the Small Business market by leveraging sales tools and engaging decision-makers through strategic, high-volume outreach.

  • Prospect for new business: Drive high-volume outbound outreach via phone, email, Linked In, and events to engage Hawaii-based small business owners.
  • Book qualified meetings: Generate interest and set up 5+ qualified meetings per week for full-cycle sales reps.
  • Leverage sales tech: Use tools like Salesforce, Outreach, Zoom Info, and Hub Spot to research and connect with prospects.
  • Follow up on leads: Promptly engage leads from marketing events, webinars, and digital campaigns to maximize conversion.
  • Contribute to team success: Share best practices, coach new reps, and refine outreach strategies to support BDR team performance.
  • Represent Pro Service in the community: Attend networking events and represent the brand in-person to expand market reach.
  • What You Bring
    • Proven success in outbound B2B sales, prospecting, or business development.
    • Comfort with high-volume cold calling, emailing, and social selling.
    • Experience with tools like Salesforce, Outreach, Hub Spot, Zoom Info, and Sales Navigator.
    • Ability to quickly build rapport with business owners and generate meaningful conversations.
    • Resilience and a goal-driven mindset—comfortable with rejection and motivated to succeed.
    • Excellent oral communication and listening skills to spark interest and uncover needs.
    • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
    • Access to reliable transportation for in-person prospecting and events.
