Position: Product Manager Deposits & Strategy I

As an Individual Contributor, this role contributes to defining product strategy, analyzes customer and market insights, and maintains focus on financial impact while meeting customer needs with simple, best‑in‑class solutions. The role coordinates cross‑functional work to deliver strategic outcomes, optimize deposit growth, and support regulatory alignment through sound judgment and independent analysis.

Responsibilities
  • Strategy and Planning: Contributes to product vision and objectives in line with market, business, and customer needs. Maintains objectives and key results (OKRs) and roadmaps and supports delivery against committed outcomes. Coordinates requirements that address dependencies, partner needs, and the end‑to‑end customer experience, ensuring stakeholder alignment.
  • Insights and Analytics: Analyzes quantitative and qualitative data to understand business performance and identify opportunities. Develops and maintains key metrics, partnering with data and finance teams to provide transparent reporting for executives and stakeholders. Uses customer feedback and forecasts to inform iteration and prudent investment decisions.
  • Execution and Enablement: Coordinates effective execution of new capabilities and maintenance of existing ones. Partners with channel, analytics, operations, and marketing teams to support sales and service results. Breaks down increments of work to improve go‑to‑market timelines and monitors outcomes to recommend continuous improvements.
  • Risk and Compliance Management: Supports compliance and risk partners to meet operational, financial, model risk, and vendor management requirements. Stays informed on regulatory updates and helps align products with evolving standards. Drafts and reviews deposit‑related materials, including disclosures, forms, and customer communications.
  • Performs other responsibilities and duties as assigned
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, marketing, or a related field. Equivalent work experience or certification(s) may be considered in lieu of degree.
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in banking or financial services, product management or marketing, analytics, strategy, or equivalent roles, with exposure to deposit products.
  • Process and project management experience, along with working knowledge of relevant banking compliance regulations, is required.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Advanced knowledge and skill proficiency in business acumen, critical thinking, cross‑functional collaboration, customer experience, decision making & judgement, laws & regulations, and product management.
  • Intermediate knowledge and skill proficiency in financial acumen, product development, quantitative & qualitative research, risk management, and technology acumen.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop product roadmaps, write clear requirements, and understand complex systems and workflows.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly. Ability to manage multiple priorities autonomously and adapt to change.
