🚀 What You'll Do

Drive New Business Growth

  • Identify and pursue new opportunities through networking, prospecting, referrals, and industry events
  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline from first contact to signed contract
  • Deliver dynamic, persuasive presentations that win business
  • Develop customized proposals and pricing strategies
  • Close deals and exceed revenue targets

Build Powerful Client Relationships

  • Connect with Property Managers, Asset Managers, General Managers, and key decision-makers
  • Strengthen long-term partnerships and identify upsell opportunities
  • Ensure a smooth transition from sale to service delivery
  • Resolve challenges professionally and proactively

Lead Strategic Expansion

  • Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activity
  • Provide insight into growth strategies and market opportunities
  • Track performance metrics and forecast revenue growth
