Assistant Resident Manager ; Kukui Tower

Position Overview

Assistant Resident Manager I, full‑time, at Kukui Tower, a 380‑unit family affordable housing community in Honolulu, HI.

This is a HUD and Tax Credit property. Qualified candidates must have 1+ year of tax‑credit experience and Yardi Voyager experience. Candidates must be able to work independently and be reliable.

Salary range: $22.80 - $34.20 per hour; hiring range for new employees is generally $22.80 - $28.50 per hour, DOE.

• Collect rent, make bank deposits, prepare and submit rent roll and income verification.
• Monitor work orders and walk the grounds daily.
• Answer telephone calls, file paperwork, prepare correspondence.
• Assist residents with questions or problems.
• Assist with evictions, annual inspections and repairs.
• Assist with re‑certifications, resident notification, setting appointments and tracking.

• 1+ year of affordable housing property management experience.
• Knowledge of HUD, TCAC, DFEH and ADA guidelines.
• Skilled in problem solving and resident relations.
• Strong computer and phone skills.
