Program Analyst

Operations Department Analyst

You will utilize software applications such as Excel, PowerPoint, or similar programs.

You will conduct studies related to the programs, processes and functions of the Operations Department.

You will produce written reports, charts and graphs providing supporting data to management to make recommendations for organizational and staffing structures, develop workload and manpower projections, and solutions to cost overruns.

You will assist with the preparation and presentation of materials for informal/formal meetings.

You will create correspondence to answer or respond to critiques, audits and inquiries.

You will provide assistance in planning, coordinating and providing guidance and support to senior analysts based on facts obtained from studies, investigations, and technical evaluations.

You will collect and evaluate data, recognize weaknesses and recommend solutions to improve Operations Department.

You will eliminate potential bottlenecks to minimize work stoppages or delays.
