Member Enrollment Specialist

• Call members to verify enrollment and residency information
• Review accounts and confirm payment and eligibility details
• Update and document information in internal systems
• Send follow‑up communications to members
• Help identify and prevent fraud or incorrect enrollments

• 1-3 years of customer service or call center experience
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Clear, professional communication skills
• Reliable, organized, and able to follow processes
• Comfortable working with multiple systems

This is a Contract position based out of Honolulu, HI.

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $29.00/hr.
