This is a hybrid position, with 2‑3 days per week at the client site, with additional flexibility for hybrid work. Domestic and international travel may be required, estimated around 10% of total time.

  • Lead or facilitate recurring stakeholder engagements, cross‑functional working groups, and developer interactions.
  • Prepare and review executive‑level communications, reports, and presentations tailored to senior decision‑makers.

  • Develop insights and recommendations that connect financial, technical, and policy considerations.
  • Support organizational planning, governance models, policy development, and implementation strategies.
  • Contribute to thought leadership, internal knowledge products, and firm development initiatives.

  • Promote a high‑trust, rigorous environment aligned to Librium's values of integrity, collaboration, and problem‑solving; model constructive upward/downward feedback.
  • Translate strategic guidance into implementation roadmaps and governance frameworks; clarify constraints, risks, and dependencies for leadership.
