we’re seeking a product manager - iso insulation who’s ready to be part of a people-first company offering best-in-class products, exceptional training, and deep industry pride—all built to help our partners and team succeed.

the product manager is responsible for the strategic health, revenue, and profitability of the polyisocyanurate (iso) product portfolio. You will act as the conductor of the orchestra and harmonize sales activation, technical content creation, and new product commercialization. You will be the internal and external champion for iso, leveraging customer research and voice of customer (voc) techniques to ensure our insulation solutions lead the market in thermal efficiency and sustainability.

• portfolio strategy and ownership: own the iso segments and go-to-market strategy.
• develop and execute a multi-year product roadmap that aligns with divisional goals while maximizing segment profitability and market share.
• maintain a deep understanding of r-values, thermal performance standards, and competitive iso/insulation offerings.
• develop quantified value propositions that clearly differentiate our iso line from mineral wool, eps, or competitive iso brands.
• create the pulp for the sales engine—designing sales tools, technical training, and marketing content that drives lead generation and simplifies the complex technical benefits of iso for contractors and specifiers.
• author business cases and product requirements for the next generation of iso products (e.g., improved facers, fire-rated cores).
• lead cross-functional teams through the stage-gate process from concept to commercial launch.
• execute comprehensive launch plans, including volume forecasting, market testing, and conducting internal/external educational seminars on the benefits of iso systems.
• partner with operations and supply chain to prioritize process improvements, cost-reduction initiatives, and margin enhancement through strategic pricing and mix management.
• represent the company at industry trade shows (e.g., iibec, ire) and participate in pima (polyisocyanurate insulation manufacturers association) or similar technical committees.

• education: bachelor’s degree in engineering (chemical or civil preferred), business, or marketing. An mba is highly desirable.
