Regulatory Analyst

Location: Honolulu, HI (Hybrid)

Employment Type: Full‑time (Contract to Hire)

• Monitor, review, and interpret new laws, regulations, and regulatory guidance impacting the healthcare insurance industry.
• Research and analyze regulatory changes and assess their impact on business operations and policies.
• Act as a point of contact for internal regulatory and compliance inquiries.
• Summarize regulatory updates in a clear, concise manner for business stakeholders.
• Support the development and implementation of compliance strategies and internal policies.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional partners to ensure regulatory requirements are understood and followed.
• Assist with compliance‑related projects, including timelines, milestones, and stakeholder coordination.
• Prepare regulatory documentation and required reports.
• Identify compliance risks and support mitigation planning.
• Contribute to training materials and presentations related to regulatory implementation.
• Support continuous improvement of regulatory change management processes.

• Experience working in a highly regulated industry (healthcare strongly preferred).
• Ability to read, interpret, and analyze laws and regulations and communicate business impact.
• Strong analytical, research, and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Healthcare compliance or regulatory experience.
• Experience with compliance documentation or compliance management processes.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Honolulu, HI.

Pay Rate: $35.00 - $54.00/hr.
