Regulatory Analyst
Location: Honolulu, HI (Hybrid)
Employment Type: Full‑time (Contract to Hire)
What You'll Be Doing- Monitor, review, and interpret new laws, regulations, and regulatory guidance impacting the healthcare insurance industry.
- Research and analyze regulatory changes and assess their impact on business operations and policies.
- Act as a point of contact for internal regulatory and compliance inquiries.
- Summarize regulatory updates in a clear, concise manner for business stakeholders.
- Support the development and implementation of compliance strategies and internal policies.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional partners to ensure regulatory requirements are understood and followed.
- Assist with compliance‑related projects, including timelines, milestones, and stakeholder coordination.
- Prepare regulatory documentation and required reports.
- Identify compliance risks and support mitigation planning.
- Contribute to training materials and presentations related to regulatory implementation.
- Support continuous improvement of regulatory change management processes.
- Experience working in a highly regulated industry (healthcare strongly preferred).
- Ability to read, interpret, and analyze laws and regulations and communicate business impact.
- Strong analytical, research, and problem‑solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Healthcare compliance or regulatory experience.
- Experience with compliance documentation or compliance management processes.
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Honolulu, HI.
Pay and BenefitsPay Rate: $35.00 - $54.00/hr.
