Manager, FAC IR

Salary Range $78,346 - $97,933*

The Manager, FAC IR brings these values to life by maintaining an elevated in Suite Experience, attentive service and high standards to drive sales and client experience. The Manager will coach their direct associate reports proactively and collaboratively to ensure all associates drive the appropriate key performance indicators and are strong brand ambassadors. You have a deep understanding of luxury goods and drive the business across all categories.

Role Description

Drive Talent Development

  • Coach and develop Style Advisors to build their personal brand as a fashion authority through proactive outreach including social media platforms and to broaden connections beyond client base
  • Leverage Learning & Development resources to provide appropriate training to close identified skill gaps and accelerate performance
  • Coach Style Advisors to use clienteling tools to stay connected with the client and make targeted recommendations based on shopping history and preferences
  • Ensure consistent and effective use of the Performance Management process to reinforce accountability, recognize impact, and elevate talent
  • Manage a select team of stylists, ensuring that stylists adhere to In Residence standard operating procedures
  • Partner closely with the Talent Acquisition to recruit and retain top sellers, support career progression
  • Build trusted, influential relationships with Store Leaders, Corporate Partners, and Functional Leaders to drive meaningful, positive business outcomes

Drive Recruitment

  • Partner closely with the Talent Acquisition to recruit and retain top sellers, support career progression
  • Act as a strategic partner to Training and Talent Acquisition to develop targeted strategies that address people opportunities and accelerate store talent
  • Proactively identify future talent needs, trends, and succession opportunities to build a strong and maintain strong candidate pipelines

Drive Partnerships

  • Oversee the arrival and return of luxury goods, working with regional store teams and Saks' distribution center
  • Collaborate with hotel management to offer VIP hotel guests private personal shopping experiences and ensure the In Residence operations comply with hotel operating procedures
  • Create private personal shopping experiences for the most discerning clients; including, but not limited to, individual styling sessions, trunk shows, curated events, and top client outreach activities
  • Creatively drive client acquisition via partnerships with the local community, client referrals, and social sales techniques
  • Act as a change agent, supporting cultural evolution and successful adoption of enterprise and store-level strategic initiatives
  • Demonstrate sound judgement, agility, and resilience while managing competing priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Build trusted, influential relationships with Store Leaders, Corporate Partners, and Functional Leaders to drive meaningful, positive business outcomes
  • Exercise a high degree of confidentiality with sensitive information
  • Champions change at both the store and enterprise level, reinforcing our values and commitment to continuous improvement
Key Qualifications

Required Qualifications (Minimum Requirements):

  • A preferred minimum of 5 years relevant experience working in luxury retail, clienteling, and leading a team
