FEP Analyst
We are seeking a highly motivated and professional to support our Federal Employee Program (FEP) operations. This role is ideal for someone with strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills who thrives in a collaborative environment. While healthcare or insurance experience is preferred, it is not required. This position offers an excellent opportunity to learn and contribute to key business and operational processes supporting our FEP line of business.
Key Responsibilities- Support business and operational activities within the Federal Employee Program (FEP).
- Learn and assist with processing recoveries for over payments.
- Support claims processing activities and related operational workflows.
- Generate written responses to member and provider correspondence using established templates and free-form communication as needed.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data to support business initiatives and process improvements.
- Develop and maintain reports, documentation, and testing materials.
- Assist in identifying opportunities to improve operational efficiency and workflow processes.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support projects and day-to-day business operations.
- Experience in an analyst, administrative, operations, customer service, or related role.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, One Note, and Outlook.
- Ability to interpret and follow written and verbal instructions effectively.
- Insurance or healthcare industry experience (preferred but not required).
- Experience with claims processing, over payment recovery, or correspondence management.
- Familiarity with business process improvement and operational support functions.
- 100% onsite position.
- Schedule:
Monday‑Friday, 7:30 AM‑4:15 PM. - Location:
Honolulu, HI (Onsite). - Job Type: Contract.
Pay range: $28.85 – $28.85 per hour.
