Description
TEKsystems is hiring for a Business Analyst to support a local bank in Hawaii. The Business Analyst serves as a liaison between business stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams to support the successful delivery of business and technology initiatives. This role is responsible for gathering, documenting, analyzing, and validating business requirements for projects involving Salesforce, Precision Lender, and other business applications. The Business Analyst works closely with multiple business groups, third-party vendors, project managers, and technical teams to ensure solutions meet business needs and align with organizational objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Partner with business stakeholders across various departments to gather, analyze, document, and validate business requirements for projects and enhancements.
- Facilitate meetings, workshops, and interviews with business users to understand current processes, challenges, and desired outcomes.
- Translate business requirements into clear functional and technical requirements for development and implementation teams.
- Support projects involving Salesforce, Precision Lender, and related business applications.
- Collaborate with internal technical teams, architects, developers, QA teams, and vendors throughout the project lifecycle.
- Act as the primary point of contact between business stakeholders and technology teams to ensure effective communication and alignment.
- Work with external vendors to coordinate project activities, review deliverables, manage requirements, and resolve issues.
- Develop and maintain project documentation including business requirements documents (BRDs), functional specifications, process flows, user stories, use cases, and test scenarios.
- Analyze existing business processes and recommend improvements to increase efficiency, effectiveness, and user experience.
- Support solution design discussions and ensure proposed solutions meet documented business requirements.
- Participate in system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), defect management, and validation activities.
- Assist with implementation planning, change management, user training, and post-production support activities.
- Track requirements throughout the project lifecycle and ensure changes are properly documented and communicated.
- Identify risks, issues, and dependencies and proactively communicate them to project stakeholders.
- Support multiple concurrent projects while managing priorities and stakeholder expectations.
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Honolulu, HI.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $35.00 - $45.00/hr.
