Product Manager – Frontier Cart
Frontier Communications is hiring a Product Manager for our Frontier Cart, responsible for strategy, execution, and performance management of the cart to drive fiber subscriber acquisition and revenue growth. The role reports directly to the Director of e‑commerce and operates under a hybrid schedule: one work‑from‑home day and four days in the office at 1919 McKinney Ave, Dallas, TX.
Responsibilities- Drive sales and revenue through the Frontier cart by executing on defined use cases.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with IT, UX, Marketing, Analytics, Legal, and Brand to launch use cases per channel strategy.
- Report on the status of feature launches and work with stakeholders to mitigate challenges.
- Write and update JIRA epics and features to lead requirements and functional needs of the business.
- Monitor and manage channel performance, providing leadership‑level reporting and tactical performance analysis.
- Respond to ad‑hoc reporting requests related to traffic, performance, and sales.
- Manage critical relationships with internal teams, external partners, and vendors.
- Identify e‑commerce optimizations that increase conversion and revenue growth.
- Influence the product roadmap and features for the cart experience.
- Conduct regular site audits to ensure the cart functions as expected.
- Provide employee and stakeholder training and support.
- Passion for e‑commerce, optimization, and improving customer experiences.
- Strong project management, organizational, and presentation skills; able to contextualize data and tell a compelling story.
- Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in product management, demonstrating expertise in writing requirements, release management, and on‑time delivery of customer experiences.
- Experience with IT development and project management tools such as Jira, Asana, and Smartsheets.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Salary range: $59,000 to $167,000.
- 20 PTO days + 10 paid holidays per year.
