The Opportunity

We’re seeking an organized and self-driven Associate Digital Business Operations Analyst with a proven track record of delivery as a project coordinator. This position will support the Business Operations Manager in managing project logistics, supporting Technology Program Management Office (Tech PMO) requests, and manage floor coordinator responsibilities. In this position, you will partner closely with Leadership to ensure the organization is operating in a highly efficient and effective manner and support the logistical success of projects by communicating, tracking, and reporting progress to the group and team leaders.

The ideal candidate must be a problem solver, detail oriented, can learn quickly and be self-motivated. It is also essential that the candidate be an effective communicator across all levels of the organization with a spirit of building strong team relationships.

  • Represent the business in Technology Program Management Office (Tech PMO) meetings, manage requests and disseminate pertinent communications to key stakeholders.
  • Responsible for updating the organization health status monthly in Ally’s Technology Operating Model (ATOM) and for updating resources/squad rosters in ATOM.
  • Assist Business Operations Manager in maintaining project planning documents, developing team communications, and managing documentation control. This includes creating and maintaining timelines for the creation of materials for recurring updates to team governance and management routines.
  • Coordinate and facilitate meetings for key business and technology stakeholders, by preparing and distributing agendas and other pertinent documentation, capturing and summarizing detailed meeting minutes, and facilitating meetings.
  • Responsible for following‑up to confirm key action items requested were completed and developing an ongoing reporting structure to synthesize updates.
  • Facilitate the collection of content and synthesize to create presentations appropriate for Senior Leadership consumption. This requires strong communication and follow‑up skills.
  • Assist Business Operations Manager in managing third‑party relationships with sourcing partners, analyze associated requests and attend ongoing meetings with sourcing partners.
  • Support on team engagement efforts, including leading the team through ideation and detailed planning of team meetings and events.
  • Manage floor coordinator responsibilities.
  • Perform other related duties as required or assigned.
The Skills You Bring
  • 0-1+ years of experience in project management or a related role. Having at least 1+ year of experience as a project manager, project coordinator, etc. is highly preferred!
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft tools (SharePoint, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment while prioritizing work items appropriately.
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills (formal and informal).
  • Ability to interpret questions/requests and ensure proper resolution.
  • Quickly adapt to change and be open to change.
