Refinery Production Operations - Job Level: Professional IV
- Serves as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for unit operations.
- Responsible for longer-term capacity of their area, including working with E&P to set MOP and production targets, unit optimizing, identifying capital project opportunities, and turnaround planning and execution.
- Provide escalation path for the shift team, and if needed manage, supervise, direct, and lead the day-to-day activities of team within assigned area to ensure safe and quality production and meet identified goals.
- Assists OMC in setting maintenance priorities.
- Manages the process for developing, editing, approving, and certifying procedures.
- Working with the Technical Trainer, develops and tracks training and qualification materials and plans.
- Implements Operations Excellence initiatives for their units.
- Eight (8) or more years’ Experience in a related field (Required).
- Refining Industry experience (Preferred).
- 4-year/Bachelor's Degree (Preferred).
- In lieu of the above education requirements, an equivalent combination of experience may be considered.
- No Licensure or Certification Required.
