Job Description
First Hawaiian Bank is currently seeking a Business Analyst Officer/Sr. Business Analyst Officer to join the Design and Development Department. This role supports Precision Lender and Salesforce applications as a technical system administrator and business analyst. Responsibilities include assisting with the development, implementation, and maintenance of existing, new, or enhanced platforms across the Retail, Commercial, and Wholesale Banking Groups. The role requires leveraging key system data to visualize, articulate, and solve problems and concepts, and reporting to management on a periodic basis.
The analyst may also lead or facilitate reviews of business and application processes to improve efficiency and drive stakeholder awareness.
The annual salary range for this role is $75,700 – $107,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
Work ScheduleMonday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (hours may vary).

The analyst may also lead or facilitate reviews of business and application processes to improve efficiency and drive stakeholder awareness.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Business, Finance, or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant business analyst, system development, and/or project management experience.
- Masters or higher degree may substitute for 2 years of experience.
- Experience working with cross‑functional teams to identify organizational and workflow challenges and support change and improvement outcomes aligned with vision, strategy, and priorities.
- Experience working externally with third parties that support mission‑critical processes and deliverables.
- Knowledge and understanding of the financial services industry, commercial loans, and related products preferred.
