Serves as a Business Operations Specialist in the Rooms Division of the Hale Koa Hotel. This announcement is open to current Hale Koa Hotel employees only.
- 2026 Cost of Living Allowance (COLA) for Honolulu, HI is 8.64%.
Resumes must be two pages (or less). Resumes should clearly demonstrate the applicant's relevant experience, skills, knowledge, and abilities (KSAs) as they pertain to this position.
A qualified candidate must possess the following:
- Must have at least two years of work related experience in resort operations or two years of formal education above the high school level in business/management.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office
- Must have the ability to communicate clearly both orally and in writing
- Must have an in-depth knowledge of resort operations management principles, practices and techniques
- Experience with serving as a Contracting Officer Representative (COR)
- Experience with government purchasing card processes and regulations
- Experience with purchasing requests/supply service requisitioning
