Director of Finance

Best Western Plaza Hotel, part of Best Western Hotels & Resorts, seeks a Director of Finance to lead financial strategy and operations for our accommodation and food services property in Phoenix. This role oversees budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and internal controls, partnering closely with the General Manager and department heads to drive profitability and guest-focused outcomes. The Director of Finance manages accounting staff, ensures GAAP and tax compliance, supports audits, and leverages hospitality systems to improve processes.
