TEKsystems is seeking Business Analysts to support a broad range of initiatives across our client portfolio. This role is responsible for partnering with stakeholders to identify business needs, analyze processes, gather and document requirements, and support the successful delivery of business and technology solutions.

Business Analysts at TEKsystems work closely with business leaders, technical teams, project stakeholders, and vendors to bridge the gap between business objectives and solution execution. The ideal candidate is analytical, collaborative, and skilled at translating complex business challenges into clear, actionable requirements.

Business Analysts may support initiatives including, but not limited to:

• Business process improvement and optimization efforts
• Enterprise technology implementations and system enhancements
• Application development and modernization initiatives
• Data, reporting, and analytics projects
• Digital transformation and automation initiatives
• Vendor platform implementations and integrations
• Operational efficiency and workflow redesign projects
• Regulatory, compliance, and governance initiatives
• Customer experience and business operations programs

• Partner with stakeholders to identify, define, and document business needs and objectives
• Conduct requirements gathering sessions, workshops, interviews, and process reviews
• Analyze current-state processes and identify opportunities for improvement
• Develop business, functional, and system requirements documentation
• Create user stories, use cases, workflows, process maps, and related artifacts

• Serve as a liaison between business teams, technical teams, vendors, and leadership
• Facilitate discussions to gain alignment on requirements, priorities, and expected outcomes
• Communicate project goals, requirements, risks, and impacts to stakeholders
• Support change management efforts through effective communication and stakeholder engagement

• Evaluate business processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
• Assist in defining future-state processes and business solutions
• Support solution design discussions by providing business context and requirements clarity
• Help ensure solutions align with organizational goals and stakeholder expectations

• Maintain accurate project and requirements documentation
• Support test planning, user acceptance testing (UAT), and validation activities
• Assist with issue resolution, defect tracking, and requirements traceability
• Ensure business requirements are delivered and implemented as intended

TEKsystems Business Analysts work across a variety of industries, including but not limited to:

• 3–5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or related role
• Experience gathering, documenting, and managing business and functional requirements
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management abilities
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in business and technology environments
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced settings
• Experience using tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure Dev Ops, Visio, Lucidchart, or similar

• Experience supporting technology, systems, data, or process improvement initiatives
• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or Hybrid delivery methodologies
• Experience creating process maps, workflow diagrams, and business documentation
• Exposure to testing, quality assurance, or user acceptance testing (UAT)
• Knowledge of data analysis, reporting tools, or business intelligence platforms
• CBAP, CCBA, PMI-PBA, Agile, or related certification (preferred but not required)
