Responsibilities- 5+ years of experience in commercial construction.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proactive with problem solving and safety issues.
- Knowledge of Bluebeam and Microsoft Projects.
- Hawaii resident with valid driver’s license.
The ideal candidate for this job is resourceful, a good problem solver and organized. Assuring a steady completion of workload in a timely manner is key to success in this position.
