Hawaii Works is seeking a high‑performing Civil Construction Foreman to lead field crews on demolition, excavation, utilities, and concrete projects across Oahu. This role is ideal for a hands‑on leader who takes pride in running a productive crew and building quality work safely and efficiently. You will work directly with the Superintendent and Project Manager to execute projects ranging from $50,000 to $3,000,000, including government and commercial work.
Pay& Schedule
- Pay: $42.85 per hour
- Fringe: $26.81 per hour
- Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (dependent on project start times)

- Support construction crews by performing general labor tasks that assist in completing projects safely and efficiently.
- General construction tasks:
- Site preparation and cleanup
- Material handling and transport
- Tool preparation and organization
- Assist with concrete placement
- Assist with pipe installation
- Assist with demolition and site preparation
- Jobsite support:
- Maintain safe work areas
- Maintain organized materials
- Assist with equipment setup
- Main responsibilities:
- Follow instructions from crew leadership
- Maintain a clean and organized jobsite
- Assist skilled workers with construction tasks
- Follow all safety procedures
- Maintain tools and equipment
- Support crew productivity
- Assignments are directed by the foreman.
- Ability to operate construction tools and equipment safely
- Ability to work outdoors in varying conditions
