Lead Construction Superintendent – Commercial Projects

The Superintendent leads daily jobsite operations, coordinating crews, managing schedules, and ensuring safety, quality, and productivity across one or more projects.

• Coordinate foremen, subcontractors, and vendors
• Monitor schedules, progress, and quality of work
• Enforce safety standards and jobsite organization
• Conduct inspections, track deficiencies, and manage punch lists
• Lead weekly coordination meetings and maintain daily logs
• Communicate project updates with the project team

• Experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction
• Strong leadership and jobsite coordination skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
• Knowledge of safety standards and construction processes
• Valid driver’s license
