Hawaiian Dredging Construction Company, Inc., a Kajima company, is a Hawaii-based company with roots dating back to 1902 when Walter Dillingham obtained a contract to dredge a channel into Pearl Harbor. Since that first dredging project, Hawaiian Dredging has evolved into a leader in the construction industry with projects ranging from residential and military housing to shopping centers, hotels, resorts, condominiums, office buildings, parking structures, highways, military facilities, industrial projects and renovation and repair work throughout Hawaii.
Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command (NAVFAC) Pacific has awarded DHO JV a $2.8 billion task order under an $8 billion indefinite‑delivery / indefinite‑quantity (IDIQ), multiple‑award construction contract awarded in November 2021 to replace a dry dock at Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard and the Intermediate Maintenance Facility at Joint Base Pearl Harbor.

- Must be able to obtain DBIDs Federal U.S. Navy project on base.
- Must be willing to work outside, day and nights.
- Maintain appropriate certifications and credentials.
