Job Description
Locally established construction firm doing business on all islands. We are general contractors who specialize in remediation, tenant improvement, and commercial/residential renovations.
PositionEstimator with 10+ years experience and backgrounds in commercial, multi-family, mixed use, and single family residential construction; must know building process from ground up. Credible knowledge of cost analysis for litigation and experience as an expert witness important.
Required Skills- Proficient in computing with Microsoft suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, etc.)
- Interpretation of project scope, detail callouts, job plans
- Contract/agreement (AIA, etc.)
- Computation of costs (calculation of tax, markup, etc.)
- Strong networking and communication skills
- Sales oriented
- Productive and good‑natured team member
- Efficient
- Construction management
