Construction Manager

We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to oversee the full lifecycle delivery of civil infrastructure and public works projects. This role is responsible for end-to-end project execution, including planning, resource allocation, cost management, and stakeholder coordination. The ideal candidate brings strong leadership experience, the ability to drive project performance, and a proven track record of delivering projects on schedule and within budget.

Responsibilities:

Provide end-to-end ownership of construction projects from planning through completion
Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource plans to ensure successful delivery
Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and stakeholders to maintain alignment and project progress
Oversee cost control, forecasting, and financial performance of assigned projects
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
Monitor construction activities to ensure compliance with safety standards, quality requirements, and regulatory guidelines
Lead communication with clients, contractors, and internal teams regarding project status, risks, and milestones
Identify and resolve project risks, challenges, and field issues in a proactive and timely manner

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
10+ years of experience managing construction or infrastructure projects
Strong experience with project budgeting, scheduling, and resource management
Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders including clients, contractors, and vendors
Strong knowledge of construction methods, project controls, and delivery practices
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working on public agency or infrastructure projects
Professional Engineer (PE) license or Construction Management certifications (CCM, CACM,CMIT)
Familiarity with project management and scheduling tools
Experience leading large-scale or complex infrastructure programs

Additional Details:

Base Salary: $80,000 – $85,000
Total Compensation (with bonus):
Approximately $140,000 – $150,000
Role includes a combination of office and field-based responsibilities

This is a Permanent position based out of Honolulu, HI.

The pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $150000.00/yr.
