HTM Contractors is looking for hardworking and dependable Apprentices / Laborers who want to learn demolition, excavation, grading, site work, and heavy equipment operations. No experience is required for the right person with a strong work ethic, good attitude, and willingness to learn. We are building long‑term careers – not just filling positions.

• Starting pay: $23/hr
• overtime after 40 hours
• quarterly performance incentives

• CDL Driver / Operator
• Foreman

• Monday–Friday
• occasional weekend and outer island work

• assist with demolition, excavation, grading, and site work
• use hand tools and construction equipment safely
• support operators, foremen, and field crews
• load and unload materials and equipment
• maintain clean and organized jobsites
• learn construction safety, field operations, and production work
• assist with traffic control, trenching, cleanup, and site preparation
