We're seeking a Construction Manager to join our team on the island of Maui, Hawaii. In this role, you'll support critical utility construction projects—including water/wastewater treatment facilities, pipelines, pump/lift stations, tanks, basins, and related infrastructure. You'll work closely with clients and contractors to deliver high-quality projects while ensuring safety, compliance, and operational excellence.

What You'll Do:

  • Oversee full-cycle project delivery from preconstruction through close-out, managing budgets, schedules, and field teams.
  • Develop and deliver project scopes, budgets, reports, contracts, and schedules.
  • Lead change management, safety protocols, quality assurance, estimating, price negotiations, and day-to-day construction activities.
  • Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to achieve project objectives.
  • Multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment while solving challenges as they arise.

Here's what you'll need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (equivalent professional experience will be considered in lieu of a degree).
  • 10+ years of proven experience in Construction Management, with a focus on clean water/wastewater projects or similar heavy civil/utility work.
  • Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, plans, specifications, and associated safety requirements.
  • Valid Driver license Satisfactory driving record (must be maintained).

Ideally, You'll Also Have:

  • Proven experience leading full-cycle projects—from preconstruction and procurement through close-out—while managing budgets, schedules, and field teams.
  • Proficiency in Trimble Project Sight, Procore, and other project management tools.

Essential Functions This position involves intermittent sitting, walking, standing, bending, squatting, climbing, kneeling, twisting, and lifting. Lifting is limited to 20 lbs. (supplies, drawings, etc.), with the longest carry distance of 50 feet. The role requires hand manipulation for grasping, pushing, pulling, and fine motor tasks, with occasional reaching and work above or below shoulder level. No foot controls are necessary.

You must remain alert to equipment and surroundings while working on or near active construction job sites, hazardous machinery, uneven ground, and in varying conditions (dust, fumes, noise, temperature/humidity extremes, and occasional work at heights). Occasional travel is required.

The base salary range for this position is $ to $. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
