Federal Construction Project Manager
Lead high-impact federal and public works infrastructure projects from preconstruction through closeout with an elite, mission-driven team that values execution over bureaucracy.
We are a premier, service-disabled veteran-owned general contractor specializing exclusively in federal, institutional, and public works construction. With a reputation for delivering complex, high-security renovations and infrastructure upgrades for agencies like the VA, DOD, and NASA, we combine the sophisticated project management of a large firm with the agile, relationship-driven culture of a boutique builder.
Recession-Proof Backlog:
Build your career on fully funded, long-term federal contracts that provide unmatched job stability.
Mission-Driven Culture:
Work alongside a disciplined, collaborative team that treats construction as a mission, not just a job.
True Ownership:
Enjoy autonomous project execution without the corporate red tape—if you perform, you advance.
Comprehensive Benefits:
Competitive base salary, performance bonuses, vehicle allowance, and premium health coverage.
Responsibilities:
Oversee full project life cycles including budgeting, scheduling, federal compliance (FAR), subcontractor buyout, and owner relations; manage occupied-facility constraints and coordinate closely with agency representatives (USACE/VA).
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience as a commercial or public works GC Project Manager; strong familiarity with public agency protocols; background in design-build construction a plus; degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering is a plus.
