Construction Laborer $25 - $28​/hour

Schedule:Full-time | Monday - Friday | 7 AM - 4 PM

A well-established Hawaii based construction company is seeking experienced Construction Laborers to support ongoing commercial and structural projects. The company specializes in large-scale, high-quality construction work and has built a strong reputation for delivering durable, well-executed projects throughout the islands. This hands-on role supports a variety of construction projects, including foundation, concrete, drilling, excavation, and site development work. No two days are the same, making it a great opportunity for someone who enjoys physical work, learning new skills, and working as part of a crew.

• Assist with site preparation, material handling, and jobsite cleanup
• Support concrete, drilling, excavation, and foundation crews
• Load, unload, move, and organize tools, equipment, and materials
• Use hand and power tools safely
• Assist with digging, trench work, equipment setup, and general construction tasks
• Help maintain safe, clean, and organized jobsites
• Support deliveries, traffic control, and other field operations as needed

• Construction or general labor experience preferred, but not required
• Reliable, hardworking, and willing to learn
• Able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Comfortable performing physically demanding work
• Ability to follow instructions and work safely as part of a team
• Willingness to work overtime or travel locally as project needs require
