Construction Project Engineer

We are seeking a dedicated Construction Project Engineer to oversee and manage several self-storage projects. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of construction processes.

• Oversee and manage construction projects from conception to completion.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors.
• Review the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs.
• Monitor compliance with building and safety regulations.

• Strong understanding of construction processes and procedures.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent leadership and project management skills.

• Previous experience in self-storage construction projects is a plus.
• Relevant certifications in construction management or engineering.

The role requires working on-site at various construction locations. The work environment involves working outdoors and in all weather conditions. Appropriate safety gear and attire must be worn at all times.

This is a permanent position based out of Honolulu, HI.

The pay range for this position is $65000.00 - $90000.00/yr. This is a direct placement, so will receive benefits on day 1...
