Layton Construction is seeking an Estimator in Honolulu, Hawaii, to prepare estimates and support the preconstruction team. You will read plans, perform quantity takeoffs, and provide value-engineering options while coordinating with architects, owners, and subs to ensure accurate bids.
The role requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering or construction, at least 2 years of estimating experience on commercial/industrial projects, and proficiency in Timberline and Excel.
