Project Manager - Honolulu
$80,000 - $90,000/yearly | Full-Time

A locally established structural and construction services company is seeking a Project Manager to oversee commercial and construction projects from start to finish. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional who enjoys managing multiple projects, building strong client relationships, and ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage projects from award through completion
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, contractors, and project stakeholders
  • Coordinate project schedules, materials, equipment, and subcontractors
  • Monitor budgets, costs, invoicing, and project profitability
  • Review project progress and address challenges to keep work on schedule
  • Work closely with field teams, superintendents, estimators, and project coordinators
  • Prepare change orders and support project documentation
  • Ensure quality standards and safety requirements are met throughout each project
Requirements:
  • Project management experience within construction, engineering, or a related industry
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Experience reviewing plans, specifications, schedules, and project documentation
  • Knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and project cost controls
  • Valid driver's license
  • Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
