Aloha!
We are a busy Oʻahu fine-art printing service seeking a highly skilled Print Production Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate is self‑motivated, detail‑oriented, and experienced in wide‑format printing, cutting, and matting. This hands‑on role requires exceptional attention to detail, consistent quality control, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced, creative environment. Applicants must be customer‑service oriented, possess strong written and verbal communication skills, and be able to lift and move at least 50 lbs.
Our print volume varies monthly but typically ranges from 50–200 fine art prints per week, in addition to preparing packaging materials for our parent company’s merchandise. This position reports directly to the Studio Manager.
Job Responsibilities- Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot our Epson wide‑format printer
- Cut, mat, and package fine art prints using Keencut, X‑Acto, and other precision cutting tools
- Organize, manage, and prepare digital print files
- Oversee inventory ordering and management
- Provide professional and friendly customer service
- Support order fulfillment and packaging workflows
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace
- Ensure all printed materials meet quality standards and deadlines.
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform preventive maintenance.
- Assist with off‑site pop‑ups when needed
- Monday to Friday: 9am‑5pm or 10am‑6pm
- Occasional Weekends for Pop ups and markets
- Must have reliable means of transportation
- In person and off site occasionally for markets
- Adobe Photoshop: 1 year (Required)
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Knowledge of CMYK and RGB color profiles
- Onyx RIP printing software
- Dropbox

- Knowledge of the Hawaii Art industry is a plus

Note
* We have a friendly studio dog so applicants must be comfortable with dogs
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
