Part Time Causal Event Technician, Audio Visual - Alohilani Resort

Encore Global - Up to $24.03/hour -  - Responsibilities:
Equipment Operation:
Ensure flawlessly executed events through accurate and timely setup, operation, and breakdown of basic audiovisual equipment.;
Customer Service:
Exceed expectations of internal and external customers and maintain positive client relationships.;
On-site Coordination:
Meet with guests on site to ensure needs are met and equipment setup is functioning properly; monitor events throughout the day.;
Technical Troubleshooting:
Understand and address equipment and software issues in a timely manner.;
Systems & Documentation:
Complete systems entry and paperwork accurately; use equipment sheets to schedule setup and strike; interact with staff and vendors.
