OVERVIEW

THE ROLE

Associate Photographers collect media for  and , creating virtual tours, floor plans, and photography for residential homes. They use a Pro 3 Matterport, digital camera equipment, and an iPad. Each photographer is responsible for a core territory and manages scheduled appointments to scan homes and apartments, capture virtual tours and floor plans, and produce marketing photography.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Support marketing efforts on  and  by capturing 3‑D virtual tours and footprints.
  • Create a portfolio of photographs to best feature homes and apartments, using photography techniques to showcase spaces.
  • Coordinate with scheduling and dispatch teams to maximize appointments and meet client demands.
  • Communicate professionally with clients, sales, research partners, and management to evaluate priorities and initiatives.
  • Navigate one‑mile square grids to maintain commercial real estate data coverage, identify new inventory, and photograph commercial properties.
  • Abide by CoStar safety standards to protect company vehicle and equipment.
  • Represent CoStar professionally at all times.
  • Participate in conference calls with sales and research teams as needed.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
  • Repetitive and frequent sitting in a car, standing and walking for up to 8 hours per day.
  • Lift, carry, and maneuver equipment weighing up to 5 pounds.
  • Repetitive hand and arm movements to type on a tablet or laptop and operate camera equipment.
  • Occasional bending, stooping, squatting, lifting, twisting, and carrying as required.
  • Work and drive outdoors in all seasons.
  • Work weekends on a rotating schedule.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • 2–5 years of professional experience.
  • Real estate photography experience required.
  • Experience as a professional photographer or a recent degree in photography.
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Strong customer‑service experience with a client‑first mindset.
  • FAA Part 107 Drone Certification within 30 days of offer.
  • Strong time‑management skills and detail orientation.
  • Accurate data capture and entry abilities.
  • Excellent oral and written communication and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of Windows, Microsoft Office, Internet applications, and Apple iOS products.
  • Independent working style in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Field experience preferred.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Passing a Driving Record/Driving Abstract check with responsible driving history.
COMPENSATION

Hourly wage of $49,000‑$54,500 annually, plus monthly bonuses based on performance metrics.
