We're looking for a creative, ambitious individual who wants more than a marketing job. We want someone who is excited to help shape the visual identity of one of Hawaii's leading real estate brands.

If you love cinematography, photography, storytelling, design, and creating work that makes people stop scrolling, this could be the opportunity you've been looking for. No real estate experience is required. We're looking for someone with talent, curiosity, creativity, and a commitment to continually improving their craft.

• Produce cinematic listing videos
• Photograph homes and lifestyle imagery
• Film interviews and client testimonials
• Create Instagram Reels, You Tube Shorts, and long-form videos
• Capture company events and community initiatives
• Edit videos with thoughtful pacing, music, and storytelling
• Color grade and enhance audio
• Organize and manage creative assets
• Collaborate on creative campaigns and marketing concepts
• Help maintain a consistent luxury brand experience across every platform

You may be an excellent fit if you:

• Recently graduated from college or have 1–3 years of creative experience
• Studied film, media, communications, photography, marketing, journalism, or design
• Love visual storytelling
• Notice details that others overlook
• Are naturally curious and constantly learning
• Have an eye for composition, lighting, and aesthetics
• Take pride in producing exceptional work
• Want mentorship and the opportunity to grow into a leadership role

$25,000 - $35,000 USD Yearly. This is a commission based position.
