Coordinate meal counts with customer counts for each day's flights;
Review assigned flights with the customers' onboard service crew;
Handle calls, logs, communicates problems and delays, and complete relevant paperwork;
Clearly communicate with the onboard service staff flight components, passenger counts, special meals, crew meals;
May also check flight inside the unit for the flight being reviewed on the field
